My background includes employment and consulting at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, privately held businesses and politics. I've built and run a $100M online business; conducted extensive due diligence for investors in the US and abroad; been part of the launch team in a wide variety of industries: consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods, social media, pet products, mobile medical services, legal and financial services.

 

This range of experience and educational background has given me a deep understanding of how people and process align for success (or failure) in the workplace. I view companies as unique entities that interact with the people, process, and products they are comprised of. This perspective creates leads to some unique insights.
